MOTION:  PAUL NORTHCUTT MADE A MOTION, that tvma instruct acteva, tvma's on-line registration processing vendor, to issue a refund to the city of jasper, tx, for five (5) employees originally registered to attend the 2006 annual tda examination preparation training session due to not teaching the lawn and ornamental use category.

The revision was transmitted to the Board of Directors electronically on 9/25/06 with a deadline of 9/29/06.

By 9/25/06, the motion had received twelve (12) "Yes" votes.  MOTION PASSES.
