MOTION:  PAUL NORTHCUTT MADE A MOTION, SECONDED BY JIM CRUSER, THAT TVMA SELECT THE HOLIDAY INN RIVERWALK, 217 N ST MARY'S IN SAN ANTONIO, TX AS THE SITE OF OUR 2007 AND OUR 2008 ANNUAL CONFERENCES, TO BE HELD OCTOBER 8-10, 2007 AND OCTOBER 6-8, 2008.

The revision was transmitted to the Board of Directors electronically on 9/14/06 with a deadline of 9/22/06.

By 9/15/06, the motion had received twelve (12) "Yes" votes.  MOTION PASSES.
