Motion:  That TVMA establish "The Buckhorn" golf course in Comfort, TX, as the scholarship tournament golf course for the 2006 Annual Conference, and that registration fees be set at $75.  This fee will include green fee, cart renal, range balls, and lunch.

The revision was transmitted to the Board of Directors electronically on 5/11/06 with a deadline of 5/18/06.

By 5/15/06, the motion had received twelve (12) "Yes" votes, and one vote agreeing with the course location, but recommending a green fee of $85.   The Board will be polled to see if any adjustments to the green fee is in order. 

By 5/18/06, a quorum of seven votes HAD NOT BEEN RECEIVED to raise the registration fee to $85.00.  The 2006 Scholarship Golf Tournament registration fee will remain at $75.00. 

MOTION PASSES.
