Motion:  That TVMA offer, to all attendees of the 5/26/06 CEU training in Terrell, who are not already TVMA members, a free General Membership in TVMA.

The revision was transmitted to the Board of Directors electronically on 5/11/06 with a deadline of 5/18/06.

By 5/15/06, the motion had received twelve (12) "Yes" votes.   Paul Northcutt abstained from voting as Telge Northcutt Training LLC is presenting the CEU training under contract with Red River Specialties, Inc.

MOTION PASSES.
