Motion:  The Chair of the Training Committee moves that TVMA host a CEU training workshop in the Austin, TX area, during the month of January 2006, to be facilitated by Telge Northcutt Training, LLC, and that the Treasurer is authorized to make payment to Telge Northcutt Training LLC in accordance with the Agreement with TVMA.  It is further moved that the Secretary-Editor is authorized to mail announcements to pesticide license holders in the Travis and surrounding counties area, the expense of which is to be reimbursed by the Treasurer.

The revision was transmitted to the Board of Directors electronically on 11/18/05 with a deadline of 11/23/05

By 11/18/05, the motion had received at least eight (8) "Ayes", constituting a quorum.
