Motion:  That the Secretary-Editor be authorized to secure bulk mailing services for TVMA official correspondence, the cost of which will be invoiced to the TVMA Treasurer for payment.

The revision was transmitted to the Board of Directors electronically on 11/8/05 with a deadline of 11/15/05

By 11/9/05, the motion had received at least eight (8) "Ayes", constituting a quorum.
