Motion:  That the Chair of the TVMA Training Committee be authorized to enter into an agreement with TNT Training to conduct a CEU workshop in the Dallas, Arlington, Fort Worth area, on or about July 14, 2005; that the student registration fee be set at $50 per student; and that the registration fee provide for a one-year general membership within TVMA.

The revision was transmitted to the Board of Directors electronically on 4/11/05 with a deadline of 4/15/05.

By 4/12/05, the motion had received at least eight (8) "Ayes", constituting a quorum.

MOTION PASSES.
