Motion:  That the Vice President be authorized to finalize negotiations and sign the contract with the Radisson South Padre Island, 500 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island, TX for TVMA's 2005 Annual Conference to be held October 24 through October 26, 2005.

The revision was transmitted to the Board of Directors electronically on 1/4/05 with a deadline of 1/11/05.

By 1/4/05, the motion had received at least eight (8) "Ayes", constituting a quorum.

MOTION PASSES.
