A written request for a 2004 Annual Conference registration refund for two City of Brenham employees, Larry Moreno and Brandon Worsham, was received on 10/11/04. Initial early bird registrations were paid by check # 39917 on or about 9/3/04.

 An electronic request for votes authorizing or declining the refund was sent to the TVMA Board of Directors on 10/13/04.  As of 10/14/04, at least seven “ayes” were received in favor of authorizing the refund, constituting a quorum.

 The Treasurer is authorized to issue a refund in the amount of $200 to the City of Brenham, PO Box 1059, Brenham, TX 77834-1059 Attn:  Ms. Kim Hodde, fax # 979-337-7218.
