Re:  For recognition to TNT Training (Telge Northcutt Training LLC) for developing and conducting the TVMA Training Seminar in San Antonio, TX on October 11-13, 2004, the TVMA will designate them as a Bronze Sponsor at no cost for one year.

The revision was transmitted to the Board of Directors electronically on 9/29/04 with a deadline of 10/5/04..

By 10/5/04, the motion had received at least seven (7) "Ayes", constituting a quorum.  Voting records are on file with the Secretary-Editor.
