Re:  That TVMA establish a 2005 membership drive.  For each new member recruited, the name of the sponsoring TVMA member will be entered into a drawing.  TVMA will provide three prizes:  1st, 2nd and 3rd place.  At the next TVMA Board Meeting, the Board of Directors will determine appropriate prizes and financial support if any as may be necessary to provide the prizes.  The membership drive will be announced in the next issue of the TVMA Quarterly CLIP and will be placed on the web site.  The 3 winning sponsors will be recognized and their prizes awarded at the 2005 Annual Conference.

The revision was transmitted to the Board of Directors electronically on 9/10/04 with a deadline of 10/2/04..

By 9/28/04, the motion had received at least seven (7) "Ayes", constituting a quorum.  Voting records are on file with the Secretary-Editor.
