Re:  That TVMA sponsor a CEU workshop to be held in Lubbock, TX during the last two weeks of October, 2004.  The cost of the workshop will be $20 per attendee and will be organized and coordinated by Howard Pierson, Chemical Weed Control.

The revision was transmitted to the Board of Directors electronically on 8/30/04 with a deadline of 9/13/04.

By 9/1/04, the motion had received at least seven (7) "Ayes", constituting a quorum.  Voting records are on file with the Secretary-Editor.

Motion passes.
