Re:  Board of Director Approval of Revised TVMA By-Laws

At the TVMA Board of Directors Meeting in Corpus Christi, 6/9/04, President Steve White authorized the Secretary-Editor to finalize the revisions to the TVMA By-Laws during the regular Board of Directors meeting, and distribute the final document electronically to the Board of Directors for formal authorization.

The revision was transmitted to the Board of Directors electronically on 6/10/04 with a deadline of 6/24/04.

By the stipulated deadline, the motion had received at least seven (7) "Ayes", constituting a quorum.  Voting records are on file with the Secretary-Editor.

Motion passes.
