Re:  Printing TVMA Membership Brochures; Modifications to TVMA Electronic Logo

On 3/26/04, David Wall made the following motion:

That TVMA authorize the Secretary-Editor to proceed with printing 2,000 full-color TVMA membership brochures at an estimated cost of $1,022 (not including tax), and with commercial improvements to the quality of the TVMA electronic logo at a cost estimated at $60.

The motion was seconded by Myron Rabalais and Paul Northcutt.  The Motion received at least seven (7) ayes, constituting a quorum. Voting records are on file with the Secretary-Editor.

Motion passes.
