Re:  Business Card Advertising on TVMA Web Page

On 2/23/04, Paul Northcutt made a motion as follows:

That TVMA offer the membership an option to display your business card in the TVMA web page which, when clicked, would open an email message directly to that member, as well as displaying a color scan of the member's business card.  The listing could also include a brief synopsis of what you or your company has to offer.  Business cards would remain within the TVMA web page for a period of 365 days from the date of publishing, and will be removed from the TVMA web page on the anniversary of the publishing unless additional payment has been received from the member. 

Cost of the business card ad would be $100 per year, and funds must be received by the TVMA Treasurer before the ad can be published in the TVMA web page.

The motion was seconded by David Wall.  The Motion received at least seven (7) ayes, constituting a quorum. Voting records are on file with the Secretary-Editor.

Motion passes.
