Business card advertising will include a color scan
of your business card linked
directly to your email address so that when someone clicks on your
business
card, an email message to you is opened. It will also include
a brief synopsis of
the important things you want potential clients to know about you or
your
company (25 words or less). Your card will remain in the TVMA web for one year
from
date of publishing.
Clip advertising will appear in four
consecutive issues of the TVMA
Quarterly CLIP,
beginning with the issue which is released
immediately after the
annual TVMA
conference. In the event you become an advertiser
during the middle
of the TVMA
conference year, the "term" of advertising will be
defined as four
consecutive issues, regardless of the initial date of issue. "A"
size ad will be approximately business card
size. "B" size add will be approximately double the "A" size.
The CLIP is published
in color on the web site, and in black and white in hard copy.
For all advertising, three (3) original Business Cards or One (1) set of
original or
camera-ready art work
MUST be furnished the TVMA Secretary-Editor in order to
insure
placement of your advertisement within the TVMA Quarterly CLIP, and
in
the TVMA web page.
Full payment must be received by TVMA before your advertisement will
be added to the TVMA CLIP or to the TVMA web page.
